Although LEHVOSS has developed into an internationally operating group, in our heart we remain a family-owned company – an owner-managed business in the fourth generation. To us the personal development of each employee is an important key factor for success and a long-term relationship. Besides a structured initial training period, annual feedback interviews and a general HR development concept, we focus on individual further training activities and we deploy our employees in accordance with their personal strengths.



The personal needs and different life situations of our employees are very important to us and we have always tried to support them the best possible way. We offer 30 days of paid holidays, flexible and part-time working hours as well as mobile working and assist if requested.



Taking responsibility – this is not what we expect from our employees only, but LEHVOSS also assumes responsibility and welfare benefits in many ways: Pension schemes, various offers for health promotion (eye examination, flu vaccination, health days, company doctor), accident and disability insurances, individual counselling by our cooperation partner psygesa as well as subsidized meals in our Hamburg premises - these are just some examples for a respect and appreciation towards our employees.
