Apprenticeship as an electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d). 
 
Electronics technicians for industrial engineering have a challenging and varied range of tasks. They are responsible for the maintenance, commissioning, repair and optimisation of production facilities, devices and systems. And thanks to their detailed knowledge of technology, physics, electrics and manual skills, they also control complex production systems safely and competently.

 

Your training focus

  • Technical maintenance, service and operation of plants and systems
  • Installing and connecting electrical equipment
  • Installing and commissioning electrical systems
  • Measuring and analysing electrical functions and systems
  • Configuring and programming control systems
  • Assessing the safety of electrical systems and equipment
  • Analysing technical orders, developing solutions

Your competencies

  • Successful secondary school leaving certificate with good grades in maths and physics  
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
  • Interest in technical and electrotechnical contexts and details paired with manual dexterity
  • Structured way of working, analytical thinking
  • Reliability, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team

    The apprenticeship lasts 3.5 years. The theoretical knowledge required to successfully complete the apprenticeship is taught in block lessons at the vocational school BS22 (Berufliche Schule Energietechnik - Altona)
