Your tasks
- Active sales of our product portfolio and expansion of our market share
- Strategic further development of the product portfolio in collaboration with product development and team management
- Intensive support for existing customers and acquisition of new customers through regular visits, trade fair contacts, marketing measures, etc.
- Active market observation through regular monitoring and analysis of the market and competition as well as networking at trade fairs, association and customer events
- Central point of contact for clarifying technical and commercial questions from our customers
- Independent management of sales activities: from customer analysis to offer preparation, price and contract negotiations to ongoing documentation and monitoring of sales and earnings targets
Your competencies
- Completed technical studies in the field of chemistry, plastics, process engineering or similar or a comparable qualification with relevant technical experience
- Experience in the sale of explainable products in the composites and/or plastics industry or a related industry or willingness to familiarize yourself with this area
- Expertise in the field of composites/plastics technologies and willingness to familiarize yourself with our product areas
- Experience in project management, negotiation skills and technical affinity
- Strong customer orientation paired with solution-oriented thinking and an independent, goal-oriented way of working
- Confident, authentic appearance with an open and communicative personality
- High willingness to travel worldwide and very good knowledge of English, MS Office and ideally SAP
