For our business unit Personal Care, we are looking for an "uncompromising" customer and sales-oriented personality as Technical Sales Manager (m/f/d) DACH as soon as possible on a full-time basis.

Your tasks

  • Active, technically experienced sales of our product portfolio for the strategic expansion of our market share in the DACH region
  • Central point of contact for clarifying technical questions from our customers and colleagues 
  • Intensive support for existing customers and acquisition of new customers with the aim of building long-term business relationships
  • Providing targeted, sales- and solution-orientated advice to existing and potential customers using application and product knowledge
  • Independent management of your own sales activities, from analysing customers, preparing quotations, negotiating prices and contracts to ongoing documentation and monitoring sales and earnings targets
  • Regular market observation and analysis of trends for the further development of our business as well as networking at trade fairs and customer events
  • Close cooperation with colleagues from the European organisation LEHVOSS Personal Care

Your competencies

  • Completed technical/scientific studies in the field of cosmetics, life science, chemistry or similar, additional business qualifications desirable
  • Several years of professional experience in a technical sales position in the cosmetics or life science industry, ideally in an international environment
  • Strong technical and regulatory understanding
  • High degree of customer orientation and negotiation skills
  • Strong communicator, rhetorically adept personality with a confident demeanour
  • Ability to work in a team coupled with strong self-motivation and an independent and goal-orientated way of working
  • High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (50-70%)
  • Business fluent in German and English, other foreign languages such as Italian or French an advantage
  • Confident handling of common MS Office applications, ideally initial knowledge of SAP R/3 or SAP S/4 HANA
