Purchaser / Inventory Manager Chemical Raw Materials (m/f/d)
 

Your tasks

  • Worldwide procurement and scheduling of raw materials on the basis of existing contractual framework conditions in close cooperation with the specialist colleagues and our suppliers
  • Creation and monitoring of goods orders from our suppliers and documentation of incoming goods inspections
  • Controlling and optimizing stock levels and ensuring availability and delivery readiness
  • Continuous optimization of the procurement process as well as analysis and realization of potential savings 

Your competencies

  • Commercial training, e.g. in wholesale and foreign trade or industry, or comparable qualification as well as sound knowledge of purchasing law and Incoterms
  • Several years of experience in requirements planning, procurement and scheduling, ideally in an international chemical-technical environment
  • Very good English and proficient in MS Office and SAP R/4 HANA
  • Confident, goal-oriented personality with strong negotiating skills and a very structured, independent working style
