About us
Your tasks
- Supervision of external warehouses at home and abroad
- Negotiation and calculation, control and account assignment of storage costs
- Technical implementation, monitoring and optimization of agreed warehouse processes (including HACCP, GMP, GMP+)
- Participation in audits and performance assessments
- Creation, monitoring and maintenance of corresponding work instructions, process instructions and forms in our QM system
- Monitoring stock levels in our own and external warehouses and preparing regular reports (e.g. goods movements, stock levels, blocked stock, etc.)
- Monitoring and booking of goods movements on a daily basis
Your competencies
- Completed commercial training (e.g. forwarding or logistics clerk) or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the logistics sector
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Good knowledge of English and professional handling of SAP, MS Excel, Windows, Access
