Your tasks
- Supporting and expanding our sales network with a focus on distribution partners in Germany and Europe
- Identifying market trends and customer needs and deriving strategic measures
- Presenting our own product strategies to our distribution partners, including support with implementation
- Responsibility for sales and earnings development in your own area of responsibility
- Supporting distributors with technical questions and the introduction of new products
- Close cooperation with internal departments such as marketing and product management
Your competencies
- Completed studies in the field of plastics technology or similar; alternatively, completed training in the plastics or chemical industry with relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in customer service in the manufacturing plastics environment
- Strong customer focus coupled with technical expertise and an interest in delving deeper into these topics
- Negotiating skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Solution-oriented, independent way of working
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and a convincing manner
- Willingness to travel occasionally (30-50%)
- Very good knowledge of English
