Our internationally active LEHVOSS Compounds division specializes in the development, production and distribution of technical and high-performance compounds. For this business unit, we are looking to fill a vacancy as soon as possible for a dedicated full-time  
 
Account Manager (m/f/d) Distribution

Your tasks

  • Supporting and expanding our sales network with a focus on distribution partners in Germany and Europe
  • Identifying market trends and customer needs and deriving strategic measures
  • Presenting our own product strategies to our distribution partners, including support with implementation
  • Responsibility for sales and earnings development in your own area of responsibility
  • Supporting distributors with technical questions and the introduction of new products
  • Close cooperation with internal departments such as marketing and product management

Your competencies

  • Completed studies in the field of plastics technology or similar; alternatively, completed training in the plastics or chemical industry with relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in customer service in the manufacturing plastics environment
  • Strong customer focus coupled with technical expertise and an interest in delving deeper into these topics
  • Negotiating skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Solution-oriented, independent way of working
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and a convincing manner
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (30-50%)
  • Very good knowledge of English
