Employee (m/f/d) in First Level Support

Your tasks

  • Ensuring first level support (helpdesk) for users within the LEHVOSS Group in the context of the IT services operated
  • Qualification and processing of incoming requests in the ticket system (incidents, service requests and standard changes)
  • Comprehensive user support from problem analysis to solution and appropriate documentation
  • Quarterly training of new users (PC driver's license in English if necessary)
  • User administration in the Active Directory including authorization management
  • Setting up and supporting standard workstations (hardware and software installation and administration, support with relocations, etc.)
  • Cooperation with colleagues in second level support in the context of the service lifecycle

Your competencies

  • Successful training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in first level support
  • Good user knowledge of MS Office products as well as Exchange, client hardware/peripherals and network services
  • Experience with Windows-based IT services: Microsoft Active Directory, software deployment, group policies as well as user and endpoint management, preferably with MS Intunes
  • Strong service orientation, combined with process-oriented thinking
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Strong communicator who enjoys working in a team  
  • Very good knowledge of English and willingness to travel occasionally (max. 2 weeks/year)
