For our Functional Fluids business team we are looking for a "no compromise" customer and sales oriented personality as Technical Sales Manager (m/f/d) Lubricants Industry as soon as possible in full time.

Your tasks

  • Acquisition of new customers and active support of existing customers to secure and strategically expand the business with additives for industrial lubricants
  • Planning, organizing and controlling own sales activities using internal resources
  • Active market cultivation by observing and analyzing trends and taking them into account in the composition of the product portfolio 
  • Cultivating knowledge transfer around products and their application, especially by visiting and advising our customers on site 
  • Clarifying technical issues in cooperation with suppliers and our development office

Your competencies

  • Completed studies, e.g. chemist, chemical engineer, or comparable technical or commercial qualification
  • Several years of experience in sales of lubricants, additives or similar, practical experience in the laboratory as well as in building up new business desirable
  • Strong knowledge of lubricant formulations and applications as well as relevant raw materials
  • Very solution-oriented personality with strong communication and implementation skills, intercultural understanding, very good English skills and a pronounced willingness to travel
