Your tasks

  • Active further development of our business with the help of targeted sales activities and maintenance of long-term customer relationships 
  • Securing and maintaining supplier relationships and identifying new sources of supply for the expansion/substitution of our portfolio
  • Economical design and continuous development of the product portfolio based on identified customer requirements, market potentials and supply opportunities
  • Timely management of day-to-day operations, e.g. communication with customers, suppliers and sales partners, preparation of quotations and contract negotiations as well as assessment of regulatory requirements

Your competencies

  • Commercial training, e.g. in wholesale and foreign trade, or business studies or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in international trade, ideally with industrial minerals 
  • Good basic chemical-technical understanding and pronounced willingness to acquire application and product knowledge
  • Solution-oriented consulting approach with great interest in long-term business relationships
  • Confident handling of MS Office and SAP as well as business fluent English, further foreign languages desirable 
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, enthusiastic personality with independent, yet team-oriented working style
  • Willingness to travel, partly also internationally
